I will call but I know I'll be given a run around as has happened in the past. Rivarix is very clear about me not deserving the points is what hurts me. Everyone else's input I found constructive and supportive.

I got my points. The reason I was denied my points in the past is because my Privilege club account has 2 names but I use 3 names to book my ticket. I am called R Z S but my privilege club name is only R Z. Weird because I gave them all 3 names and a copy of my passport. It's not like I chose what name they'll use. At least I got my points though. Thanks guys.
