Programs: OWS, QR Gold, Kris, and a few others

Booking the QR hotel at HIA

Can I book the QR air side hotel at HIA and pay if I don't qualify for a free room (STPC)?

I have a 12hr transit by choice so that I can meet friends in Doha for dinner.

If so is there booking website or email address I should use?
