Is the PE bulkhead limited to Qantas "elites". Or would my meagre MPC Gold be of any value when selecting/requesting seats, say, on HKG - SYD?

How big a difference, if any, would the resident experts think there is when comparing bulkhead to other PE rows?

Shouldnt be- AS I just booked thru my travel agent and she had me seated in bulkhead on the A380 - and I dont have any status with QF!
