QFF denying SC for JQ Flight
On my way to reaching QFF Silver in only 30 days of domestic travel which is not ....ing bad I guess.
QFF is denying SC for JQ Q-Starter Plus flight from BNE to MKY RT.
QFF says the flight was not a Q-Starter Plus class. I sent them my corporate itinerary with clear Q-Starter Plus but they said no dice.
The boarding pass did not indicate Q-Starter Plus, but was booked and paid for.
Any ideas how to negotiate with QFF for SC credit?

Did you buy a bundle?
What does the tax invoice state?
Does your corporate have a deal that excludes QF miles/sc's
Starter fare's do not earn QF SC's.

For JQ flights fare class does not apply

Even if the Starter Plus or Starter Max fare was booked, whoever booked it didn't choose a voucher option, did they? If they did, then you don't get any QF SCs/points.
Another possible guess is that it was booked through QF website. When doing so, the only options I see on QF website are Starter and Starter Max, not Starter Plus. I'm wondering if this is what you are referring to as "Q-Starter" as I have not come across that fare name on JQ before. If this is what you were booked on, you will not have received SCs or points. I'm wondering if it had been mistaken for a Starter Plus fare due to "inclusion" of baggage? (It's actually paid for but it may seem as if it had been included until you get close to the last screen and look carefully.)
