Qantas! Why can't I prepurchase extra baggage!!
Heading to Europe as bridesmaid to my dear friends wedding, I need to buy an extra bag, I even have all the points to do it, BUT because I am connecting with BA LHR to Rome, I can't do it before!! Therefor, I have to purchase it at greater expense at the airport....
Seriously frustrating. Why advertise it so strongly you can prepurchase extra baggage with FF points, when the reality is it won't happen as most cases you at connecting..
Can anyone help me?? So I don't have to shell out lots of $$$.
