Qantas doesn't publish their menus. There are trip reports which often include menus, and some aviation sites which might announce new menu items from time to time. The trip reports will give you a fairly good idea of what to expect... a soup, a salad, chicken, lamb, beef and fish for the mains. Plus desserts like bread and butter pudding. Breakfasts are fairly standard... eggs, breads, fruit.
If you have a specific flight or a specific question you might want to provide some more detail and someone may have flown recently to give you a bit more of an idea.

There are lots of Qantas first class menus in the all airline FT menu collection.

Note that if you weren't flying First, you could pre-select (and see the standard selections) 7-days out.
