10th Annual AGM: BNE QP Sat 18 Feb 2012
Where: BNE Domestic QP, in the Quiet Corner (turn left after service desk, walk straight past barista and F&B area, turn right and in the back corner)
When: Saturday, 18 February 2012 @ 3pm
RSVP: to this thread, we'll keep a running list of attendees (Gold - Yes I'm a definite; Silver - I'm a probable/maybe; Bronze - Sorry, I'm a scratching). Also, include your QFF status please.
Now in order to correctly constitute a meeting notice, here are the minutes of the last meeting:

There's usually preliminary discussion about flights (and Flounge possibilities) as well as lunch at the Brekky Creek Hotel prior to the event in separate threads (for those that fly up early or locals that want to show the convivial atmosphere to our visitors):
