Qf lhr bkk

I have been offered Qantas business class on this 13 hour flight. Anyone done it? My key question is what to expect of the seats.

Are they sleeper seats? Do they lie perfectly flat or with an annoying little incline making sleeping uncomfortable.

Thanks for any input.

No, they're wedgies with a slope. I find that I have to "stand" on the footplate at the bottom of the slope to stop myself sliding off completely. But the seat does go fully flat even though not horizontal.

There should be full codesharing between BA and QF on this route, so if you prefer BA's product (flat and horizontal, but narrower) you may be able to get it as "Qantas business class" if what you're being offered is that specific.

The Skybed slope when "flat" is 8°; so with cruise incidence an effective 4°-6°.

Do you sleep on your back? If so then go BA; if you sleep curled up, the Skybeds may be better.

Seat Incline

Good advice both, exactly what I was after.

Thanks to you both.
