UA: ORD-CDG Direct in J $2409
ORD-CDG in J around $2400. Looks like Mon-Wed travel, including direct flights. Seem to be other options on various *A carriers as well. Dates into next Spring.
Slightly more to LHR, didn't have time to check other destinations.

You're right I checked seatguru. Not the worst.
However, SFO-CDG on the same dates are about $3000 in J. Separate flight between SJC or SFO to ORD would be at least $300 or more in Y.
The SFO-CDG is a 787, so probably no all aisle access but newer plane.
But I would use a cheap TATL J fare not to visit Paris this time but somewhere else. So total airfare costs would be more like $3500 if not more.
There's also the $2200 NYC-ZHR fare but again, spend about $500-600 for a transcon fare to try to line up the flights.
