Annual AARP (American Association for Retired Persons) membership costs $16. Well worth the investment. And it is open to anyone, no age restriction.

Good deal even pre-discount. Thread titles should reflect pre-discount pricing. I (and many others) look at Premium Fare Deals through the lens of Business Platinum's 50% rebate, which requires booking through Amex, so no AARP/Chase discount. Others may want to use Prestige TY points @ 1.6cents each to pay for AA flights or CSR points @ 1.5cents each. All this to say, pre-discount pricing should be in title. Mention discounts in the body text.

Just use a US address - the cards don't matter at all so signup and get cards sent to friends or family living in the US.

Fares should only be posted with the pre-discount price. This is even more the case considering that many prefer the 5x AMEX points to using a Visa to get CARDOFFERU to work.

AARP is open to anyone, but you have to be departing the USA to use it. It doesn't even work from Canada.
