Great find. Thank you for sharing!
Some info:
Fare basis: ZLE0ZADS
Advance purchade: 5 days
Min/max stay: -- / 12 month
Buy latest: 2017-APR-30
Valid for departure: between 2017-APR-18 and 2017-DEC-10
Refund: Yes, against a fee of 150 SGD
Rebooking: Yes, against a fee of 150 SGD each time
What Delta website shows is in SGD (Singaporian Dollar) and it costs about 835 SGD incl. taxes.
What OTA shows is probably in USD (US Dollar) so 835 SGD is approx. 600 USD.

a very basic question that you suprisingly ask despite being a platinum member.....you could start by looking at the mileage earning charts of Delta, located on their website.

Been that way for well over a decade (except when US Daylight Savings Time ends / starts) to line up with NRT - US departures. Flew this when it was still NW flying this route, alas in coach.

Nice find, OP ^
To be fair, the flight is timed for onward connections to the US. Leave around midnight and you'll have an overly long transit; leave later in the morning and you can't connect to the US.
NH also has a ~6am flight out of SIN for the same reason, although as far as catering is concerned it's treated as a red-eye

NOooooooooooo the secret is out. Also DL serves ramen as an option on NRT-SIN. It's kind of cute.
(imo) the meal and drink service is much better than ICN-SIN on KE. On DL you get 2 hot meals, and the seats are better than sometimes the angled-flat or 2-2-2 that KE serves up.
