SQ: CMB-SIN-HKG-SFO $2136 in J rt
First time posting, so go easy on any mistakes.
Looks like Singapore has rt J CMB to SFO on various dates departing from April to June for as low as $2136. I know CMB is known for low fares but this is the lowest I have seen for SQ out of there.

Stopovers OK
Thank you to the OP for a nice find. It seems that fares have inched up a bit.
According to the fare rule:
Stopover 4 FREE STOPOVERS PERMITTED ON THE PRICING UNIT - 2 IN EACH DIRECTION IN SIN/TYO/HKG/SEL.
The next questions: how do the seats in these flights differ? How do I book a stopover--use the Multi-City function in search?

UA flyers note this will only earn 100% RDM and PQM on Mileage Plus - there is no boost for booking business, but it's a great fare nonetheless.
I am trying to figure out the right positioning flights to take advantage of this fare given how far I can stretch the "stay" in CMB.
Thinking about doing this to maximize my stopovers in HKG, ICN and NRT:
Ticket 1 - LAX/SFO>>HKG>>LAX/SFO on UA booking W and using GPU
Stopover in HKG
Ticket 2 - HKG>>CMB on another airline TBD in coach
Ticket 3 - SQ deal CMB>SIN>NRT (stop in NRT)>LAX and stay home in LAX for a month or so
Ticket 3 - SQ deal LAX>ICN (stop in ICN)>SIN and drop the last segment to CMB
Stopover in SIN
Ticket 4 - SIN>>HKG, stop in HKG then home via Ticket 1 return leg
Hopefully my logic is correct with this sequence

You realize that he/she meant the simple ticket of CMB-SIN-NRT-LAX and LAX-ICN-SIN-CMB right? This is very easy to find on ITA matrix and to replicate on SQ/OTA websites. The rest of the flights are seperate tickets.

Does anyone know how SQ credits mileage for their US-SIN flights that stop in HKG and ICN? Do you get miles per segment US-HK/ICN-SIN, or just one batch of miles LA/SF-SIN?
