Get the ticket by March 19. Sale fares to a lot of International destinations.

This promo also works in reverse, CEB-LAX all in for $1,558 USD round trip. Pretty great deal, thanks for posting it.

I'm showing $1658, but on the A340 with "Extra Reclining" seat instead of angle lie-flat? 15 hour flight.

I must be missing something because when I checked the prices for LAX-CEB for Oct 3-Nov 25 the price was USD 2,382.56

Pretty sure the LAX-Cebu route is operated with ancient A340s with recliners.

The seat map shown on one of the flights for PR153 (LAX-CEB) seems to indicate it is the A340-300 V2

The fare is only available on PR153/PR152. If you try to connect via MNL, the fare goes up to what you see.

And PR153/PR152 only operate on Tues/Thurs/Sat, so if you are searching for good dates, make sure and use those days of the week.
Oct 3 and Nov 25 should include the nonstop to Cebu, so it could be the promo fares are already sold out for those dates.
