I would pull the trigger but 14 hours in PE overnight without guaranteed UUA is a bit too much for me... And even with the triple Avios you pay way more to upgrade than you earn on the base fare.

That would be useful, lying on a beach with limited resources to do research myself. Bloody RSS made me aware of the fare and now I'm trying not to buy it ;-)
I checked it for Silver and it should be around 50K (corrected from 60K) with triple avios for longhaul part. Not counting peanuts on shorthaul leg. And 2 x 100TP longhaul.

Calculation of triple avios bonus is really confusing. According to my calculation in case of silver BAEC it's something around 50k avios for whole trip. However, if your calculation is correct, it's even more tempting ;-)
Fortunately, it seems that I'm able to buy positioning flights from Poland for quite low price, so I guess I'll go for it.
By the way, it works also from BSL.

Flights in and out of BSL seemed pretty cheap when I looked yesterday, much less than GVA and MUCH less than ZRH. Wish yet again that I could jump on this one, but I have to pull back a bit this year (and practice a bit more!)

I'm tempted to back to back this over a weekend, given that it's 5 return journeys from ZRH to LCY, which rarely go under 300CHF per pop...

How did you search? I can't get any of the itineraries to price correctly with stopovers either in Area 3 or Area 2 with a multi-city search on GF. It should be matching the fare rules.

GF tries to look for PE fare for each leg you specify and will fail when looking for PE fare for LON-ZRH leg.
ITA matrix on also fails, as the short-haul legs are booked in Economy. The way around it is to search for cheapest fare with advanced routing BA+ /f bc=T
