AA put a trigger on YYZ to China route again, depart weekday (M/T/W/TH) to PVG or PEK, all under $2600 CAD ($1915 USD)
Valid to November 2017, including all the summer session too.

I've been working on building this itinerary for about one week now. Finally successful in routing YYZ-ORD-SEA-DFW-PEK-DFW-SEA-LAX-YYZ which is 22,547 miles. Possible cities for routing are FLL/MIA, LAX, NYC and SEA for stops under 24 hours and the leg to/from PEK must be via DFW or ORD. My plan is to visit family on the SEA layovers of 22 hours in each direction.

My flight was booked using AMEX points which priced out at $1,910.42 USD. AMEX Travel bookings are very difficult using multi city routing as you may know. I could only get the first leg in economy (Embraer RJ145) and the other seven legs in business/first. Planning to credit to AS for 33,000 + EQM.

The basic YYZ-ORD-PEK-DFW-YYZ routing is 15,185 miles at $1762. USD

Wow, this is a refundable fare too.

There are a few dates where this works from YOW as well, routing through PHL and ORD, for the same prices as flying from YYZ.

Looks to be about $350 more expensive out of YUL.

this deal is still going strong! anyone know if there is a mileage program I can credit DL round trip to if i don't fly last segment?

Seems the fare is gone seeing $2471 RT.

When it first came out six months back I booked at $1650 x 2 RT -> YYZ/PEK directly on AA.

Seems like march 1st, AA & DL put this YYZ-PVG back on sale. Not quite as cheap but still better than it was just 24hrs ago.

AA has $2092usd pretty much any Tues-Thurs departure from May-Sept, on the 787 YYZ-ORD-PVG route.

DL has less selection but they are also at $2092usd on mostly Mon-Wed departures going YYZ-MSP-SEA-PVG with 767 lieflat.
