One thing I'll point out here is it doesn't seem like the HND-BKK route has lie flats on ANA. Mind the details, as usual.

I think his point was to inform the readers of flyertalk that if they connect in HND then their 6hr 30 min flight won't have a lie-flat. Just a guess
