AC: Canada to Europe biz under C$3,000

For bookings before August 22, AC is offering sub-C$3,000 all-in fares from just about anywhere in Canada to most European destinations.

Seems to be matching up to current ST pricing on select destinations.

Unlike ST, there is no 7 night minimum stay with AC. Also valid on most (all) *A carriers.

Also like SkyTeam, it's not really a great deal, there have been several significantly better offers this year

I still prefer the TK deals that have been floating around for the last several months. Just did YYZ-ATH on TK for C$1988 in June. And YYZ-IST is a long enough flight to get some decent sleep. I was there a few days before the terrorist attack, but that wouldn't dissuade me from flying TK again.

I think it prices C$2,200 now and only available if you're flying on TK ex-YYZ/YUL.

I booked on flighthub.ca and it took another $200 off the price.

As far as I can see, the SkyTeam deals only require a 3-night (or Saturday) stay.

TRAVEL FROM INBOUND TRANSATLANTIC SECTOR MUST COMMENCE
NO EARLIER THAN THE FIRST SUN AFTER DEPARTURE OF THE
OUTBOUND TRANSATLANTIC SECTOR.
OR - TRAVEL FROM INBOUND TRANSATLANTIC SECTOR MUST
COMMENCE NO EARLIER THAN 4 DAYS AFTER DEPARTURE OF
THE OUTBOUND TRANSATLANTIC SECTOR.

Thanks for the information. I read in another thread that it required 7 nights. I should have double-checked!

No problem. That sale was from the US though, so there are completely different rules. The US one doesn't allow stopovers, and this one from Canada does, for example.

That's awesome! Now I'm torn between two options, should I book the *A flight from YYC for 3k or TK for 2k, with that I need to position myself to/from YYZ. hmmm...

Wasn't aware of any issues. Everything was fine with my trip.
