Seems to be a highly promotional fare due to low demand specifically filed for the summer period: VALID FOR TRAVEL COMMENCING ON/AFTER 01JUL16 AND ON/BEFORE 31AUG16.

Right now, AS is running a promotion and a lot of the business fares will get %150 of the base miles as a bonus. So, this could be a pretty lucrative run for anyone on AS - especially if you've got status.

My apologies: it's J, C, and D that are 150%. But from what I saw, at least in August, you can get some of these to book (mostly) into one of those.
