What is their J class like on these sectors? The sub-standard 90s seats with limited recline?

I think that might be right for shorter flights, and for three-class flights... but for flights to some Asian destinations they actually use the F cabin for business class (no F is sold). Those seats are still recliners, but with generous space and recline.
