SFO-GIG c. $1940

SFO is a great deal too, via JFK or MIA.

there also seems to be SWU availability in November too, so you could do an $800 Economy fare and upgrade instead of booking Business - depending whether you want EQMs or EQPs.

Of course, in this thread, you would be booking Business:-)

Good info here.^ The US-->Brazil fares (Biz and Econ) certainly seem to be heating up...lots of options for FTers...

Seems to be gone. SEA-GIG was $2200 earlier today, not any more.

That's what I'm seeing - gone. Booked one; have 2 others on hold. Was not a mistake; seems that Delta either initiated a brief fare war or joined in later. Thanks CokeandTaco!

ex-BOS $1656

Just completed a dummy booking on AA in August and got all the way to the cc stage with flights selected ai $1656. Looks like a ton of availability in Aug, Sept and some dates in Oct. I didn't purchase so perhaps it will reprice...

Been in the miles game a little while, but never actually done a milage run before, so can somebody tell me if I'm figuring this correctly:

I'm seeing a ton of avail in August for $1706 which is14,538 miles at 11.7cpm, but as I'm flying in business and get the 1.5x I'll get redeemable miles 21,807 at 7.79cpm and as it is before the end of the year I'll get the extra .5x EQP bones for a total of 29,076 EQP for 5.86 cpp.

That make sense?

Don't I need a visa for Brazil?

Wide availability through to first half December for AUS GIG.

Can route through JFK MIA for more miles ... AUS-JFK-MIA-GIG AUS-CLE-JFK-MIA-GIG AUS-ORD-MIA-GIG about same price.

Price for Business return just under $2K.
