Being located in CLT, where cheap fares are uncommon, I checked ITA Matrix.
Looks like these tickets are on DL. Although AF and KL are also listed, but the flights appear to be DL codeshares - everything I saw was one stop via ATL. AA and UA are running around $3500 on the same route. Seemed pretty wide open through September.

a better than average fare, if you need to go anyways, it's worth booking at this price. if you are "looking to go" for miles or just the heck of it, probably not worth it...

I used to work for a Belgian company while still living in CLT, so I have done this route a couple of times.
Technically, this is not a good deal, but a better than normal one. In the past few years (five? I lose count), I have been able to book this route for as little as $1500. Without some sort of "deal," the price runs around $6k for J.
