JFK-SVO (Layover WAW) - JFK-WAW-787 (LOT): $1796 USD

JFK-SVO:

Routing:
JFK-WAW (787)
WAW-SVO (Embraer RJ-175)

Use ITA calendar of fares for the best dates/combos. I looked in July AND August with 10 days. Note: it does require a 1.5 hr layover in WAW, not sure if that gives enough time for clearance.

Use waw routing code.

YOU MUST HAVE A RUSSIAN VISA TO ENTER RUSSIA IF YOU ARE A US CITIZEN.

Not sure about Poland's requirements, never went before.

Alright, I'll come out and say it: I'm too lazy/tipsy to check. So I'll just ask: is it possible to stopover in WAW? Is there a minimum stay at SVO?

I'm guessing NO and YES, but maybe someone has looked into it and can shed some light.
