It's may 1 till aug 31. Looking at the fare rules, I'd prefer to ticket on LX stock. They allow re-routing post departure whereas AC doesn't (see my other thread on a similar P fare). 14 days advance purchase.

I booked mine thru travel agent. I called AC and spoon fed the itin and got a quote. Travel agent was 109.00 cheaper so I booked with agent.

Booked mine yesterday leaving May 22. Connecting in FRA on the outbound, and LHR on the inbound. $3327 all in.

I am waiting for the same deal in January 2016 as happened last yr. It came up in June 2014 for January 2015. Was just over $2550CDN and valid on AC and SAA. I will love to see it or something similar again if available on *A carriers.

Technically this may be the same deal - it's just that the CAD sucks right now, last year it was around the same price in US as it is now...

It appears that the price has jumped back up to ~$3700 again, after being down at ~$3200 for a while... is there any rhyme or reason to this? I've got an itinerary set out and wondering whether to wait on booking if it'll come back down... I know it's a bit of a fool's game, but anyone have any insight?

it fluctuates a lot. Last year they didn't offer this fare through the summer, but it may come back for a little while till the summer hits. This is almost guaranteed to come back during the winter months.
