TK: YYZ-HKG/TPE/ICN J starting $3126
YYZ-HKG J RT starting $3126 US ai
YYZ-TPE J RT starting $3296 US ai
YYZ-ICN J RT starting $3301 US ai
Earliest availabilities starting Jan 13th, 2015.
YYZ-HKG will accrue 32282 miles for TK C+/E/E+, that's less than 10 cpm. YYZ-ICN will accrue 32986, both at 160%. If you do not have TK C+/E/E+ you'll earn 135% miles with J.
Usually available in the middle of the week (typically from April except summer months) but you can get around this by doing an IST stopover to get all J fares, again, YMMV.
Recommend booking ASAP as TK allows you to hold the reservation and pay within a week.

TK will only start flying to TPE from 31MAR15, but I suppose Jan 13th is valid for the other routes.
Again, as mentioned, if you're not ready to pay for it now, reserve and lock the fares and you'll have a week to pay for it, this is like free "Farelock" from United.com. Based on my previous experience, any TK North America - East Asia J fares under $4000 don't last more than 2-3 days.
Just give you some other fares as comparison, anywhere from North America to Istanbul the J fares are at least $3000, in fact more than $4000 now for most routes. Any US - East Asia routes are at least $5000.
Update:
It looks like you can also get similar sub $3500 fares to China
New updates on the fares in USD
YYZ-IST-HKG RT J from $3093
YYZ-IST-MNL RT J from $3247
YYZ-IST-PEK/CAN RT J from $3250
YYZ-IST-TPE RT J from $3257
YYZ-IST-ICN RT J from $3268

New updates:
With more favorable exchange rate toward USD, the current best deal on TK J is YYZ-IST-HKG rt for $3588 CAD (aprox. $2818 USD ai at 8.7 cpm for M&S C+/E/E+ as of Feb 1st), along with other Asian destinations for slightly more such as MNL, TPE, PVG, ICN, CAN, PEK, KIX, and NRT. So this promotion pretty much goes across all Far East from Philippines to Japan. However, the availabilities have been reduced to midweek without adding stopover(s), use the fare matrix on thy.com to find out. For NRT it's $4000 CAD ($3218 USD at 9.5cpm for M&S elites).
I know AC and AA have similar deals around $3000 or even less, but for TK M&S E+, they will receive 32282 miles (YYZ-IST-HKG), that's 80% renewal toward bi-annual membership if completed in first membership year (40000) with 2 rt business class upgrade vouchers each year for the following 2 and 70% completed toward one-way award business class ticket (45000 miles) between Europe - Asia/North America. YYZ-IST-NRT will accrue the most at 34500 miles.
Correction and update -
At the moment you can no longer reserve and hold the reservation for a week, you need to pay and get it ticketed immediately. Even having a reservation a week ago does not HOLD the actual fares, but only the fare bucket (in this case J). I tried to pay for the reservation I held last week and the fares out of KIX and it went up by $100.
Also worth checking is the USD - CDN exchange rate, USD keeps going up so it's a toss up between holding off and waiting (want the best exchange rate) OR paying it now and having it ticketed and done.
Update Feb 1st
On Sunday, looks like I am able to reserve and hold the ticket again for 7 days but I'll be watching the prices closely this time. Prices are even lower now (see top of the post), wow, I'm begging AC and AA to keep their special J fares to ICN, HKG, and China for a little longer.

Bump.
This deal is still going, except availabilities for YYZ-HKG (J) have been greatly reduced with slim picking during middle of the week, but it's the cheapest at $3527 CAD, so about $2800 USD. For a little more, you can still pick other Asian cities with more dates available, although PVG is going very quickly too.
Cities at the moment under USD $3200 from YYZ besides HKG include, TPE, CAN, PVG, PEK, KIX, NRT, ICN, SGN (through BKK but BKK will cost a lot more), and MNL. Availabilities vary greatly for each city.

New YUL-Asia J fares under $3000 USD
The current YYZ to Asia fares still hold around $3000 USD (HKG,PEK,ICN,PVG,NRT,KIX,TPE,CAN,MNL,SGN,HAN).
TK is breaking the sub-$2500 USD threshold on North America - East Asia market
YUL-ICN from $2491 USD
YUL-PVG from $2621 USD
YUL-NRT/PEK from $2672 USD
YUL-KIX from $2673 USD
YUL-SGN from $2717 USD
YUL-SIN from $2839 USD
YUL-CAN from $2857 USD
No sales ending dates specified so I suppose these fares will be around for a while.

The biggest restriction seems to be dates, available only outside peak travel periods (ie mid-Jan to March 2019). Other dates not checked yet.
