Back on topic... never used the no stick foil before... does it work like teflon...?

I haven't used it. I would imagine that it keeps the foil from reacting to acidic elements like citrus juice or vinegar during the marinade and cooking process,
as well as keeping food from sticking.

I ask because Ive found normal alu-foil to be a natural non stick surface.... not that its completely non stick but you have to make a real mess to get stuff to stick to it. I will try some of this type once I can my hands on it.

My Foil Mule arrived OK... so I guess this is not a problem...

phew! This is good news, I'm running a 75 sq ft roll of Reynolds to South America next month..
