TSA Wait Time at CMH Friday After Thanksgiving

We have a 9:05 departure from CMH tomorrow (Friday) morning. Does anyone have experience with security there the morning after Thanksgiving? I have pre-check but unfortunately my wife didn't get it this time.

I would guess that it'll be extremely light in regards to the lines?

I'm flying out of LAX Friday morning and I've been told to expect shorter than normal wait times compared to the average Friday morning. That being said, I normally arrive early (1.5-2hrs) to the airport anyway 'just in case' despite having pre-check and carry on luggage only.

Flying out EWR tomorrow morning, never flown on Black Friday before.

Not at all. There are always tons of Thanksgiving Friday no-ops. Of course, TSA also knows that Thanksgiving Friday is a very light travel day. They may have reduced their staffing accordingly.

As these are generic airport issues and there is ongoing similar discussions elsewhere, will move this to the Practical Travel Safety and Security Issues (the non-political forum for TSA queries)
