Will probably stall again by claiming she is not Secretary, just Acting Secretary.

Nappy is the one who's supposed to deliver the document. Don't hold your breath.

That committee told Gale to deliver the documents.

She is acting head of the TSA and she needs to start acting like it.

What's a little contempt of Congress charge? Her entire agency shows contempt for the people and the Constitution they've sworn to protect. If we just understood what it is like dealing with security breaches, surly/incompetent employees, stupid passengers, terrorists bent on destroying our way of life, we would then know that she's doing her best against the overwhelming tide of criticism, ridicule, scorn, sabotage, etc.

Either someone has her on a short leash or she is leading from behind which seems to be the current form of leadership by today's overpaid public servants.

Back when I was on AD, a Senate Committee mandated a certain report be prepared and delivered by a date certain. It was only produced - two years late - when the Senate threatened to hold up our budget.

This is not something the TSA should have to create.

That wasn't my point. Departments and Agencies frequently ignore Congress, and most of the time, they get away with it.

Yup, because the committee floor is for the sound bites. Once the sound bite is captured, the issue no longer matters.

Just joined it (took about 15 tries over the past 20 minutes to get the stream to attach). Nothing going on but people moving around seats right now.
