TSA Pre Not working with united

I am having a problem getting into the TSA
Pre line with united airlines. I have been a Global Entry member since the program first started. I have successfully made it into the TSA Pre line while
traveling on Delta and American Airlines, but have been denied over
10 times while traveling on United. (I have NEVER made it into TSA
Pre line while travelling on United).
I have spoken to TSA managers and they said usually its because
something is not matching up between my United Profile and my TSA Pre
Profile. I have checked both profiles, and everything seems to be
matching on my end. Anybody have a similar problem? I fly out of Ohare on United every week and its getting frustrating being denied the TSA Pre Line every time.

Have yet to be rejected to Pre Check line here at PDX or through LAS. Works every time. Check your United.com profile and see if your PASS ID is entered correctly. Everything depends on it being entered right to match up. Also --- if it's award travel, the Pre Check info seems not to be relayed. I had that happen with a UA award itinerary that had US Airways segments. Hope that helps....

Several days before your next UA trip, view your next reservation and select Edit Traveler. Each reservation has its own TSA Secure Flight information, and it is the information stored in each individual reservation which must match TSA's or you get a Precheck "reject" for sure. On this page there is a space where you can click and see the "Known Traveler" number saved in your reservation. Double check and make sure there's no mistakes in the nine digit number. Make sure your "Edit Traveler" First/Middle/Last names exactly match the way your name appears in GOES (for example, if your GOES/GE profile says full middle name, you need your full middle name to be listed in Edit Traveler).

Seriously check again. EVERY single component of the name must match exactly. Spaces, dots, how your name is broken up into the fields.

So if your name is James Tiberious Kirk, Jr and Global Entry has you as KirkJr, Jim T. vs. United's KirkJr, Jim T (no dot), it won't match.
