T4 at JFK is also where the MTA public buses (that are often enough mostly empty except for the driver) dumps the last passengers (if any) who only want to use one subway fare to get to JFK without having to pay for the AirTrain when using public mass transit between Manhattan and JFK. Time to protect some bus drivers too?
