I can confirm that at least the new terminal at SNA (C I think, which serves southwest) has MMW machines installed. Not sure about A and B check points. I believe there is airside transfer to all terminals however.
If I read TSA's website correctly, it seems they are installing new software that gives them a generic image rather than a NOS type picture. Is there any way to find out which airports have this new software or is it in all of them? Here is the link from TSA's website discussing it:
ABQ has the ATR scanners installed in all lanes, though today one lane was using WTMD only and the other was using both the MMW and the WTMD. Very easy SDOO.
a new MMW scanner began operating at LIT (Little Rock National Airport) on Friday. The article also says:
A second advanced imaging technology machine will be added to the Little Rock airport by Jan. 18. Fliers will still have the option of declining to go through the machine and being patted down instead, though [Jerry Henderson, TSA federal security director in Arkansas] said it causes no medical problems.

Awful! Vote Obama out!!!!!!!! he's the one who authorized the funding for these INTRUSIVE, DISCRIMINATORY & ANTI-AMERICAN, EXPENSIVE, POSSIBLY CANCER-CAUSING OR EYE/SKIN DAMAGING, and UNNECESSARY scanners. Think of how many people could be given jobs if the money was used to support education or some other area instead. L-3 stashes the cash and probably hires maybe 1 person per 5 scanners. Not that many people!! AWFUL!!

Sad to say that as of 2 weeks ago, the far west security checkpoint has a MMW. In fact, as of 12/26/11, the west security check point lanes had been altered so all lanes could funnel through the MMW.

The TSA is like a contagious, infectious disease... one for which a vaccine must be administered quickly before it has contaminated everything our founding fathers built.
now installed at all checkpoints at MHT -- both checkpoints upstairs, and the secret B checkpoint on the far right. each checkpoint has one unit. units are L3 MMW/ATD, and they are operational.
I can confirm this. I flew out of MHT today, and the upstairs checkpoint had MMW installed. I had to opt-out from the scanner and received a thorough patdown, as well as a swab for explosive residue.

The two old checkpoints at SNA are NoS free. Or were NoS as of Dec 19 when I passed through.
PDX has 3x MMWs at each checkpoint. The lines back up a bit more now so you might want to give yourself a few extra minutes if you're leaving during busy times (6a-9a).

Dang...wish I had seen this earlier. Went to the west checkpoint today and saw the MMW. Also encountered more rudeness on the TSAs part than I have ever experienced here in AUS. ugh.
Lesson: don't "question" the TSA when they re-screen some liquids that are clearly above the allowed limit. Not mine...the pax ahead of me. TSA went to the trouble of removing them from her bag, then rescreening the bag, which makes sense, but they also ran the 3 greater than 3.4 oz bottles through the xray...why?? I asked, "oh, so those are ok if you xray them twice?"...he said, 'no, why would I ask?' I said, "well, if they aren't allowed, why go to the trouble of rescreening the bottles if you are going to throw them away?" He said, "we did throw them away." well, yeah...after you took the time to look at them twice. Seems like once you removed them from the bag and saw that they were too large, you could just trash them.
After that bickering, I decided to be a sheep and not cause any more ruckus and go through the damn MMW. No extra screening, thank goodness.

Terminal B, AA side at BOS still as posted with WTMD and BKSX paired. However, today Jan. 7, 2012 lanes were split so each WTMD and BKSX was fed by a separate lane. TSA was directing between lanes to either WTMD or BKSX as needed, but picking the lane that lined directly into the WTMD had a higher chance (far better than 50% since BKSX was taking longer) of getting the WTMD. Worked for me this morning. A semi-SDOO? YMMV as always!
