Are there FF miles for cell USAGE?

I have seen programs for FF bonus miles for cell plan activiation--but are there any that give FF miles for actual cell usage--like they do for home LD services?

Sprint cellphone service offers ff miles in the Northwest airline program. I've earned almost 100,000 miles over the past 2 years by earning miles with my Sprint service. This is the only program that I am aware of.

Cant, program ends April 2003, even the 5 miles per $ part.
