Well I was in the Neruda lounge a few days ago. The buffet areas are the same, but the business center has moved. I can't figure out if there is more seating this way, but there probably is. I had never seen such "slim pickins" for food, however. It took longer than usual for them to replenish things, and then when they did, it was gone in a minute or two, out of wine and drink glasses, etc. I don't know if they were short-staffed, or what was going on. Finally, shortly before departure, the sushi came out. I hope that was a temporary thing.

I have been in the Neruda Lounge this morning. It was very quiet and breakfast snacks were served. BTW for the very first time in my life did i drink raspberry juice. i have never seen that before and it did taste great.

moreover i made some pictures which i published on flickr - see yourself. during the next days i will be in the neruda lounge two more times - so if you have specific questions i can try to answer them while being there.

Thanks f0zzyNUE for the great pictures. Looking forward to visiting the lounge myself. The goodies basket in the shower room looks very nice!

It is really popular there. Once at a Harbucks (yes, but oh well) I couldn't figure out what most of the people were buying from the fresh food cooler - yes, it was raspberry juice, in droves.

I hope you enjoyed the Neruda Lounge. When you leave your next stop (EZE) you will wish you were in the Neruda Lounge.

Thats true. The EZE lounge is truly terrible. Only upside was when it was so jammed that they put Alejandro Saenz next to me and we had a short chat. When I left the lounge to get some toilet paper to blow my nose (got the flu in Bs As and very limited bathroom facilities in the lounge), I missed Shakira who had taken my seat.

you mean the AA Admirals Club? I wouldn't call it terrible, but sub-standard. it was also quite empty (maybe because i turned up one hour too early due to my iPhone not correctly displaying the argentinian summer time )

I always take the evening EZE-LIM LAN flight. There are also at that hour, a few AA flights and the lounge gets so full that there is often nowhere to sit. Small bathroom which is usually occupied. Dismal (IMHO) snacks. But maybe I´m spoiled by the more or less nice lounge in Lima and the fantastic First Class lounges in LAX and HKG.

Hi,
I have a question: Which lounge is the best Neruda or Mistral. I'm asking because it seems that both of them have gone through some revamp these last months.
I'm will be doing SCL-EZE this December. Also, can someone name me all the lounges (departure) at EZE and which one is the best out of all. Thanks

It's definitely the neruda Lounge. I posted a flickr link somewhere above to images of the neruda lounge. afair mistral is much smaller.
in EZE you have only the AA Admirals Club and a United Red Carpet Club. If you have a oneworld flight you can only visit the AAAC.

Doesn't IB still have a lounge way down and around the hall? Also, if you have Priority Pass, there's a Salon Basurero* right next to the American Express lounge. I haven't been in the AX lounge, but the other one is high on the pathetica scale.

*Sala de las Americas (or something similar)

Lots of supermarket action though, I'm getting the Presto Alter Ego card for a trip upcoming to CUN on december, flying CM on the 4AM flight, so since the mistral salon is closed AND it closes at 2200 AND not flying LAN this time , I'm going to be lounging at the 'gasp' Pacific Club
