SAA to introduce Airbus A330-200 on IAD route 09/01/14
I assume it's still going to make a stop in DKR. Is the cabin actually quieter than the 340?

Yes, it will still stop in Dakar. Not sure if it's quieter, but it's a slightly newer cabin.

Not good news for economy passengers, as their A330-200 economy product is 31" legroom compared to 33.5" on the A340-300 and A340-600 and it's noticeable!

I found the A330-200 to be a much nicer plane to fly in. Probably because it's newer.

Are you flying business or economy?
