Voyager redemption CPT/LHR on VS
The Voyager guide on line shows VS redemption rates for
I assumed that this meant I would be able to redeem on the CPT/LHR route - but 3 agents have told me that is not possible. They did not exactly instil me with confidence given some of the things they stated as facts in other respects. But they did seem to confer with supervisors.
Does anyone know if this is possible? Or should I just give up. (What is really annoying is that I can see VS availability on exactly the dates I want!)
