Ethiopian Airlines (ET)- Best J seat on 767?

I will be flying FRA-ADD early next month and wanted to get some advice on:
1) What type of aircraft they operate? -300ER or -200ER
2) Is there a difference in configuration?
3) Recommendation on which seat to choose on this route.

Excellent service but older aircraft on that route.
