I have not flown Royal Air Maroc transatlantic. I have only flown it in Africa from Casa to other African capitals, so my experience is not exactly equivalent (I am presuming that service and aircraft will be better transatlantic).
That said, I think it will depend on your tolerance for a lower quality seat/entertainment experience versus your desire for a non-stop. For me, non-stop is not particularly important. I don't mind having a trip take a few hours longer, to improve the quality of the long-haul flight, especially since I will be able to collect miles on an alliance airline. However, if time is of the essence to you, Royal Air Maroc's service is not so bad that I would avoid taking it. Intra-Africa, where quality flights are very hard to find, Royal Air Maroc is one of the better carriers.
