FRA-JNB in F and JNB-WDH in C: which lounge in JNB?

Well, the title says it all, am I entitled to use the SAA F lounge in JNB if arriving in F (LH) but continuing in C (on SA)? Given what I read about the current status of the business lounge, I wish I could use the F lounge, but is it actually possible?

Lounge access is usually governed by the class of the departing flight, not the arriving flight. Exceptions can be made if you arrive and depart on the same airline, but in this case you arrive on LH and depart on SA. I would expect the business lounge.

LH don't give access to their F or SEN lounges for pax arriving in F on one *A carrier and leaving in LH C.
