Unhappy Anyone fly on CSA Final North American run

Did anyone fly on the last CSA flight from Prague to JFK. Very sad that CSA has cut this service. Sad.

I thought CSA still flies to Toronto, so perhaps final USA run, not North American

Indeed, I also tried on their website - but they still have both YYZ and MAN in their standard list of destinations (which also contains destinations that only can be reached through other Skyteam partners, such as Dutch Antilles (with KL) and Taiwan (with CI), but those destinations (SXM and TPE) are priced when entering dates. And both MAN and YYZ are not priced.

So so maybe is going to happen in their summer schedule (or they or not that good at housekeeping).

When was the the final flight PRG-JFK or actually JFK-PRG (have to get the plane home right?) Was anybody on the 1/4 empty flight on Sat. Oct. 16th, my girlfriend was scheduled for the 15th, But that flightwas cncelled as a few days earlier. The Oct. 16th flight must have been the only daytime flight from JFK to PRG. Wheels up at 10am landing around 11pm.

But from what I heard thru sources, they kept the flight slot at JFK. So maybe in a few yers, with new owners (and planes) OK will be back with their own metal and not only as a codeshare with DL.

I red somewhere that they canceled both JFK and Toronto, so are they still flying to Toronto? When it's coming up in booking it doesn't mean it's CSA, is the flight itself operated by Czech Airlines?

What you read somewhere (wherever it was) is unfortunately correct.
No more transatlantic flights.

The newly named CSA leader (he is also in charge of the Ruzyne airport) believes that at some point of time in the future, the long-haul fleet will be renewed. It is hard to believe and may never happen in our lifetime.

If you are stuck with Skyteam, there is always AF/KLM/DL.

Bonne chance!
