TAP Portugal - redemption chart

I do not know if these are RT or OW pricing. Has anybody done this before?
By the looks of the table - USA to USA is 50K in Business Class - I would say it is round trip.
That said, I recently looked at Qatar Airways and Delta redemption rates for global awards and they are "dreaming".
The bigger question here is that you will need to look up award availability via somewhere else and then call Portugal and good luck with that one. I do not see any online request for Star Award tickets on the TAP site.
