Bulgaria Air Changing Booking
Have tried on numerous occasions to try and talk on phone to this airline. I have rung both a London number and their Sofia call centre
Each time I get the message you are on hold followed by I am sorry we cant answer your call at the moment try later
Is it possible to ever speak to anyone?

No experience with FB.
However - just for the avoidance of all doubt - if you made the booking via an agent, it is that agent you should contact. You only need to contact FB if you made the booking directly with them.

It was directly with them. Got through eventually; looks like they don't have a holding system for phone calls. Shame you can't modify bookings on line
