Pegasus Airlines
I flew with Pegasus Airlines in june of this year. My flight was between Istambul and Athens .
It was so impressed for the way the workers of this company treated the baggage.
You can see this fact just taking a look from the plane window.
Of course my travelbag was seriously damaged.
They filed my claim and they gave me all the documents describing the damage.
They told me I must send them these documents again by email.
I came back to my home in Spain. I sent some emails.
They asked me a lot of papers many times.
More emails.
I resent the same info and the same documents many times.
After months of fighting they recognised the debt and asked me my bank account in order
to pay me the travelbag.
Here we are six months later and nothing happens.
Pegasus Airlines sent me unsound emails trying to mess up and delay.
But I´m stubborn. They recognise the debt and all people got to know how irresponsible is this
turkish company.
Pity because the experience in that travel was good. But these are the facts.
And I am not the only case with this sad airlines.
It´s not a matter of money. It´s a matter of responsability.
Be aware. If anything changes, I´ll write you to end the story.

Well. After 9 months of fighting, finally Pegasus paid the damage of the baggage.
They made and offer so I took it to end the problem. It was just a matter of honour.
Thank you, because this forum was a help in order to solve the problem.
