A Summary of Every Difficult Rental Customer Rolled Into One

Saw this and couldn't stop laughing for a half an hour.

Here's a typical Enterprise customer at a home city (non-airport) branch:

Of course, by no means is this kind of customer restricted to home city branches or, for that matter, Enterprise alone, which is why I laughed my head off. It hits home far too closely...
