A bit OT but ... did you tour the customs/immigration area? Have they done any work to improve that yet, or is all of that to be done in the next construction phase?

Luggage carousels are much larger as well.
I haven't seen it in operation yet but I think one gripe will be the long walk to exit after customs because you have to walk through the old area to get to that ramp!
Will be experiencing this all next week ala GE.

Am I right to assume that between Tokyo and Taipei there are two airports in each city and both routes can be Hello Kitty routes?
I'd really like to go on a Hello Kitty plane, is there any way to guarantee it when I book it? Are all of them Hello Kitty planes on these two routes or is it the luck (or lack of luck) of the draw?
