Mabuhay Lounge in Manila MNL
I will be traveling business class from MNL to YVR. What is the policy for the lounge to have my guest (flying economy) join me in the lounge?

I don't know the rule, but the lounge isn't nice enough to get upset about if denied access.

Without Mabuhay Miles status you cannot bring a guest. You can try, but I agree with schwarm: it's just not worth getting upset over. Not much of a lounge.

you need to have Premier Elite status (or Million Miler status) to have someone accompany you in the lounge
