The combis used to have 4 rows of SuperBusiness behind the exit and 2 rows of SuperFirst in front of the exit.
The 2 rows of SuperFirst were replaced by 3 rows of SuperBusiness. No change to the rest of the cabin.
There is a seat map at

I don't think there is any significant difference in leg room - though obviously you have exit rows/baulk heads to consider. I've flown SuperBusiness and SuperFirst on the combis, but never SuperBusiness in the front. Perhaps someone who has will be along shortly to recommend the best seats. My personal favourite would exit window or front most aisle.
