Manila T1 to T3 transfer: 2 hour connection

I would take the earlier of the two, but I wouldn't think either of them would be trouble if you're arriving flight is on time. That's a big IF though. Waiting at T3 gates a few weeks ago almost every flight was at 15-30 min late it seemed.
Between terminals hasn't bothered me the last few times. And being OW Emerald, you shouldn't have to wait too long at checkin.
All that being said, I guess if you're meeting is can't miss, might be worth going even earlier if possible as the other post mentioned.
