better in airport service? TT
So I know LCCs are not known for service. I booked Tiger Taiwan cause it was cheap and direct. But Ias I was hurrying to my flight, about to go through security 5 minutes prior to boarding, I asked the counter agent if I could use "fast lane". She said "no" with a smirk, which would be the first time I have ever seen a Japanese person do that in Japan.
I noticed many other airlines have people wandering around with signs for fkights close to departure: VN, TW, JJ. I know VN is full service but the others are low cost carriers.
Later I saw Air Asia X. So is IT the worse? Which LCCs are better?
(postscript: the JJ flight left the same time as mine-it was the gate next door
