Which FFP gives credit for G on CI?

Which FFP gives credit for G on CI?
Flying AMS-BKK v.v. next month with China Airlines in G. Unfortunately, KLM Flying Blue, CI's own programm and DL SkyMiles don't give credit for G class.
Does anyone know a program that would give me credit for the flights?
And also, how many pins does the audio jacket on the new B747s have? Standard 3,5mm single jacket or double pin?

I don't think any program gives miles for class G on CI.
