Boston Hotels

Doing a mini M/R to BOS Arrive 9/22 7:00 a.m. and depart 9/23 8:30 a.m. on UA. Tried priceline Copley and Quincy for $52 and rejected. I see that the Airport Hotels will work for that price. Just want to tour around the city for the day. Any good deals that you may know of. Thanks and safe travels..

Stay at the Airport

Since your flight leaves at 8:30, you'll have to be at Logan by 7 at the latest (depending upon your terminal, Security can be slow and nightmarish), I would just book an Airport hotel, check you bag when you arrive and go into Boston on the T for the day.

I have reserved the Hyatt Harborside for 12K Hyatt points. Is there a big difference between the Hilton or Hyatt Airport porperties. Im thinking to give Priceline another try for 4* at the airport. The Bidding Help sites says that those are the only 4* properties at the airport. If I can sang one of those for $50-$60 all in. I think that would be a better choice than burning the 12K Hyatt points..

I like the Hyatt property better than the Hilton, but that's just my opinion. Keep in mind that PL will charge you taxes and an extra fee (the amount of the extra fee is not disclosed, it's on a sliding scale), so that makes coming in under $60 very tough. You may end up closer to $70 or maybe over that... but still a great deal if you can get it.

The best bidding price for 4 star hotel with 1 room at Boston in zone 10 (airport) with check in date 09/22/09, check out date 09/23/09 will be $69.

You can try this number for your 4 star hotel.

Also for your reference, 4 star hotels for Copley needs $289, for Quincy needs $259 for your date ...
