JetCombo.com - anyone used it?

Hi,
Has anyone booked a flight through www.jetcombo.com?

I got a fare for "major white label carrier" (which looks like American Airlines when i compared the schedule) for Moscow-New york round-trip of around $600-$700, while almost everywhere else I get $900-1000. I assume jetcombo buys some tickets wholesale and hence the low price. But I'd like to know if anyone has used this service before.

I normally use expedia or momondo for best airfare and steer clear of cheapotickets.com due to its really bad reputation in reviews. As for jetcombo - there's very little information from customers on the web however the website and its PR-articles in different magazines look legit.

thanks everyone in advance

jetcombo caution!

I purchased a ticket to Prague from jetcombo a few days ago, carried by three well-known companies, at a pretty good price at the time. I was happy with my purchase, but later in the afternoon I received a call from a company representative saying that they could not issue me a paper ticket because "there were too many carriers involved" (only 3! And they all issue etickets, as I have flown with them all before). As a result, they were going to charge me a $25 shipping fee for paper tickets. I thought this was unreasonable, so I asked the representative to call me back in the evening so I would have time to contact the company first. I went to the webpage, where it was stated that the best way to contact customer service was via email, and they would contact me within 24 hours. I sent an email.

First of all, I never received a call back from the customer service rep. I also never received an email from the parent company. In fact, I noticed the next day that my credit card had $1600 worth of "pending charges". I was curious about this so I went back to my itinerary on the jetcombo webpage, where I found that *my itinerary was canceled*!

If you have had good luck with this company, then cheers to you, but I will never book with them again!
